I’ve been making Broccoli Cheese Cornbread for over 25 years! I’ve adapted it from one of the Five Star recipes series from Oxmoor House. In the test kitchen, we all had our personal 3-ring binders of our “Favorites File” at home. Since we tested hundreds and hundreds of recipes, it was our way of having easy access to what stood out to us.
Today, we all have Pinterest boards to save recipes that stand out to us, but I still go back to my old, well-loved favorites file with test kitchen notes and ratings scribbled at the top. This one received a 3 in my opinion! (On a scale from 1+, 2, 2+, 3) After 28 years of full-time, part-time, and now freelance test kitchen recipes, this is still one of my favorites.
