With only 2 ingredients, this Easy Creamy Cucumber Salad recipe can be ready to eat in less than 10 minutes! Store-bought Tzatziki sauce already has fresh chopped dill and garlic in it. Another shortcut is no peeling or seeding English cucumbers necessary.
1English cucumber (about 14 inches)(about 1 ½ cups sliced cucumber)
⅓cupTzatziki sauce
Instructions
Slice the cucumber into ⅛-inch-thick slices with a chef's knife or a mandolin. You'll get about 1 ½ cups sliced cucumber.
In a medium size bowl, gently stir together the sliced cucumber and Tzatziki sauce. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Make your own homemade creamy cucumber dressing as an alternative to Tzatziki sauce. Combine ⅓ cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, 1 to 2 cloves minced fresh garlic, and a dash of salt. If using cucumbers with thick, dark green peel, be sure to peel and seed them first.
