Gather the snow in a large bowl.
Sprinkle the cocoa mix over the snow. Add the Reddi Wip, Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream. Gently fold the cocoa mix and cream into the snow just until all ingredients are combined.
Spoon or scoop snow ice cream into mugs and serve.
To gild the lily, drizzle with chocolate syrup and miniature marshmallows.
Note: The Redi Wip, Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream sweetens and binds the snow cream together without rapidly melting the snow like sweetened condensed milk.
