Haystack candy made with cookie butter and cashews instead of peanut butter and peanuts. So easy with the rich intense flavor of Biscoff spiced speculoos cookie spread.
½cupcookie butter(Such as Lotus Biscoff or Trader Joe's)
2cupscrispy Chow Mein noodles(such as La Choy)
½cupcashews
Instructions
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, microwave butterscotch chips and cookie butter at 50% power for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring after every minute until melted.
Stir in crispy Chow Mein noodles and cashews
Spoon the haystacks candy mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper. Let stand at least 20 minutes or until firm.
Notes
Store haystacks at room temperature in a covered container. I do not recommend storing in the refrigerator or freezing.Cookie butter should be stored at room temperature, not in the refrigerator.Haystack candy can be made for any holiday or special occasion.
