“Fun” do Fondue testing at Time Inc Food Studio today

Just another day in the life of a food professional! Love my job!  While testing fondue recipes for an upcoming Southern Living cookbook, I met these two fun, energetic ladies today in the Time Inc Food Studio today. Arielle Weg and Amanda Hill were working with my friend Carolyn Land Williams, author of Cooking Light’s Ultimate Kid-Approved Cookbook on a Cooking Light Diet video. I invited them to join me in some chocolate fondue, fruit and cake! Yep. The fondue was yummy but meeting new food-loving friends and getting reacquainted with old ones takes the cake in my book.
